I was so impressed when I had my consultation as it was very in depth with her talking to me about my goals and then measuring, weighing and calculating my body percentages so that she could break down a time frame to achieve my goal. Since I have been training with Laura my body has completely toned up and I've become much fitter. Laura knows that I get bored of exercise very easily so she makes sure every session is different which keeps me interested and my body always having to work. I can't recommend Laura enough!
