Sport and remedial massage

Laura has been brilliant in helping to restore mobility in my back and neck. She is very professional and thorough and I have seen huge benefits since she has been giving me deep tissue massage.

Working with Laura has been fantastic in helping me manage old injuries so that I can enjoy keeping fit. I met Laura when I was in serious pain with my shoulder and back, that kept me awake night after night. After few sessions of professionally targeted massage, the pain was reduced to minimum and I was fully functional. Laura, also, helped me a lot with changing my fitness and nutritional routine for which I am hugely appreciative.
